eCommerce Consultants (Part-Time & Full-Time)
We are looking for passionate ecommerce and digital marketing professionals to join our growing team, to work across across a range of clients in varying capacities.
If you have a curious mind, are passionate about making commerce better everyday, are an excellent communicator, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, than we would love to hear from you.
You’ll be able to work on strategic consulting projects, interim ecommerce roles, digital marketing projects, capability development and continuous improvement programs.
Help to develop online and omni-channel strategies in collaboration with internal and external teams.
Ensure digital channels are delivering an optimum online customer experience.
Provide optimisation recommendations (conversion, acquisition, usability etc).
Review site metrics to help drive KPIs and targets.
Develop and drive client's online retail business through online trading activities.
Perform digital audits that identify key issues, produce priority lists for clients and provide recommendations on best practices.
Clearly brief client requirements into the delivery team, in a way that ensures outcomes will be aligned with expectations.
Recommend best practice activity necessary for growth and business development, while identifying opportunities to deliver a better service.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and other agency partners.
Drafting and delivering timely, compelling business proposals to potential clients as required. As well as supporting the team in meetings, pitches and client presentations.
Key experience and attributes required include:
Operational ecommerce experience
An in-depth understanding of omnichannel/digital customer experience
An in depth understanding of and the ability to guide best practice ecommerce and omni channel principals (both from the customer experience and business operations POV)
Experience in developing frameworks and strategic solutions for clients
Proven ability to influence and support c-suite stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a commercial focus
